3. Google Login and Google User Data

If you use Sign in with Google, we may receive the Google account name, email address, profile image, Google account identifier, and authentication information you authorize. We use this data only to authenticate you, create or connect your TBCenter account, maintain security, and provide user-facing Services.

We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, interest-based advertising, creditworthiness, lending, sale to data brokers, or training general-purpose artificial-intelligence models. We do not access additional Google information unless the permission is clearly requested and you authorize it.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements, where applicable. You may revoke TBCenter access in your Google Account security settings. Revocation does not automatically delete TBCenter records; account deletion may be requested as described below.

4. How We Use Information

  • Create, authenticate, secure, and administer accounts;

  • Maintain legal, insurance, tax, accounting, business, and audit records;
  • Enforce agreements and protect legal rights; and
  • Comply with applicable law and lawful requests.

We do not use child information or health information for targeted advertising.

5. Children and Guardians

TBCenter permits parents and legal guardians to register and manage children. Children under 13 should not independently create an account, make a purchase, sign an agreement, or submit personal information. Information about a child under 13 must be provided or authorized by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise permitted by law.

Where required, we will obtain verifiable parental consent before knowingly collecting personal information online directly from a child under 13. We may use child information to administer participation, assign eligible programs, maintain emergency and safety records, record attendance and progression, communicate with the guardian, and preserve waivers and permissions.

We do not knowingly sell children's information or use it for targeted advertising. A verified parent or guardian may ask to review, correct, or delete child information or withdraw consent to future collection, subject to legal, insurance, safety, contractual, and record-retention requirements.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, maintain security, operate registration and purchasing, understand use, diagnose errors, and improve performance. Browser controls may permit you to block cookies, but necessary features may then stop working.

7. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information:

  • To providers supporting hosting, databases, authentication, payments, communications, websites, analytics, security, electronic signatures, customer support, accounting, insurance, and legal services;
  • To authorized owners, administrators, instructors, staff, contractors, and location personnel who reasonably need it to perform their duties;
  • At your direction or with your authorization;
  • In a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate protections;
  • To comply with law or lawful process, protect safety, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce agreements, or establish or defend legal claims; and
  • In aggregated or deidentified form that cannot reasonably identify an individual.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not sell Google user data or children's personal information. We do not share mobile telephone information or text-message consent with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing.

8. Communications

We may send account, security, purchase, payment, schedule, closure, emergency, membership, academy, event, support, and permitted marketing communications. Marketing emails may be unsubscribed from using the included link. Marketing texts may be stopped by replying STOP when offered. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary account, transaction, membership, safety, or legal communications.

9. Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide Services and satisfy operational, legal, insurance, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, audit, and dispute-resolution needs. Deleting or archiving an account may not delete signed waivers, agreements, payment records, audit logs, or other records we are required or reasonably permitted to retain. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, which may include authentication, role-based access, restricted administrative permissions, encrypted network transmission, security monitoring, backups, and specialized payment providers. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

11. Privacy Requests and Account Deletion

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or withdrawal of consent. Parents and guardians may request information concerning a child they are authorized to represent.

Email info@tfc4c.com with the subject Privacy Request. For account deletion, use TBCenter Account Deletion and include the account name, account email, and whether the request includes a child profile. Do not email passwords, complete payment-card data, or detailed medical information.

We may verify identity, account ownership, and guardian authority. We may retain information where legally or operationally permitted, including signed documents, transactions, security records, audit logs, and information relevant to claims or disputes.

12. Third-Party Services, International Users, and External Links

Third-party providers operate under their own privacy policies. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. External links are governed by the destination's practices, which we do not control.

13. Changes

We may update this policy as our Services, technology, or legal obligations change. We will revise the last-updated date and provide additional notice when appropriate. If a material change affects information collected from children or a purpose covered by parental consent, we will seek new consent where required.
