When emailing, include your name, the email used for TBCenter, and a short description of the issue. Do not send your password, a complete payment-card number, or detailed medical information by email.
Login and Google Sign-In
Confirm that you are using the correct email address and the same login method used to create the account. For a Google sign-in problem, include the visible error message and approximate time. You may manage connected access through your Google Account security settings.
Profiles and Children
For a profile correction, identify whether the request concerns you or a child you manage. We may verify identity and guardian authority before changing protected information.
Membership and Billing Help
Include the participant name, plan or package, approximate transaction date, and a description of the issue. If card identification is needed, provide only the last four digits. Never send a complete card number or security code.
The applicable purchase or membership agreement governs pricing, renewal, cancellation, freeze, and refund terms.
Waivers and Agreements
If TBCenter requests a new signature, confirm that you are reviewing the current document version and the correct adult or child participant. Contact support if the displayed participant, document, or status is incorrect.
Privacy and Account Deletion
Email info@tfc4c.com with Privacy Request or TBCenter Account Deletion in the subject. Include the account name, account email, and whether the request includes a child profile. Some signed, financial, audit, or legally required records may be retained.
